Community Mat Pilates Classes in Westport
Starting September
Join me this September for group Pilates classes designed to meet you where you are — whether you're brand new or an active mover looking to improve performance. Rooted in classical Pilates and guided by contemporary movement science, these community classes are supportive, progressive, and built for real life. Classes are suitable for those new to Pilates as well as active movers. You’ll be guided to work at the right level for your body with options provided throughout.
We’re starting with two community-friendly time slots and plan to expand as demand grows. A more challenging class may be introduced on Wednesday 8pm later in the term for those ready to progress. You’ll always have a clear next step.
Dates:
Wednesday 7 pm - 8 pm, September 10th - October 29th - 8 Weeks Pilates Foundations
Thursday 9.30 am - 10.30 am, September 11th - October 30th - 8 Weeks Pilates Foundations
Course: 8 Weeks - €108 (details in registration form, cash or card accepted on first day of the Course)
Requirements: Mat, Water, Towel.

Whether you're brand new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this class meets you where you are. We’ll focus on building strength, mobility, and control through thoughtful, guided movement — helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected in your body.
Expect a mix of gentle challenges and foundational work tailored to all levels. Options will be given throughout to ensure you can progress at your own pace — whether you're starting out, returning after time off, or looking to support your current training routine.

Note: You must be able to get on and off the mat independently. If you're recovering from injury or have concerns, a private session may be more appropriate to start.
